  Fun place for a party. They have tables set up for groups so you have a place to eat after all the jumping. They allow outside food and drinks.

  Don't book your party on a day when they have a private party going on. You will be placed in the storage area with burnt out lights. After having such a awesome experience at the Red Deer Jump 360 for my son birthday last year, this was anything but awesome. Extremely disappointed and the staff could not have done less if they tired. No one showed me where the party area was and after they dropped off two jugs of pop and a bill for the two extra kids I had. I never saw them again. I guess they forgot we were in the storage area. Overpriced for what I received that's for sure.

  I felt bullied by the staff members of a trampoline park. To be wrongfully accused of something then followed around for it even though there were witnesses of the incident to begin with.

  I wish I could rate this 0 stars but unfortunately the lowest is 1. I was very hesitant to come here as I was 18 and had never been before. As soon as I got inside I left my friends to go to the washroom for a couple of minutes. To my surprise when I came out a staff member approached me to tell me that a child told him I hit him in the face with a dodge ball while swearing. I explained to him that I had just gotten out of the bathroom and hadn’t even played any dodge ball. He said okay and walked away. From that point there was always employers standing close by and watching me. 5 minutes later a different employee approached me to ask if I was wearing socks with grips. I showed him the grips and he left. 10 minutes later a different employee asked me if I had a wristband, I showed him and he left. I would move to a different spot and they would follow. Another employee came to ask me about my wristband and socks once again and this continued the whole hour I was there.

  Always a great time at Jump 360! The team is always friendly and approachable. We hear them blow the whistle enough to know that they are on top of safety. The slush machine on-site is an awesome addition too.

  I will NEVER come here again and DO NOT recommend this trampoline park to anyone.

  Not as clean as Other places. Fun time there but wish it was cleaner
