  We had to go through go auto finance because the vehicle we wanted was a 2007 and no other bank was willing to consider a 10 year old vehicle. They got us exactly what we wanted and were very pleasant to deal with! I would recommend them!

  Worst company ever! They'll tell you whatever you want to sign up and then when it's not even your fault that your car gets written off do absolutely nothing for you! They'll tell you oh we will call you with an answer ASAP and then you get nothing. In stead you have to hunt them down to finally get the answer get transferred all over the place till you get a grumpy jerk of a manager who won't even try to help you. I've been making my payments every month and been a good customer. These people have no sense of customer service what so ever. I was literally in the middle of a sentence and this lady Denise puts me on hold, and then doesn't even have the balls to pick up the phone to at least let me know that I'm transferring you to my manager. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received and I work in customer service. Will never ever again do business with these people! Horrible customer service and horrible attitudes!

  They don't even deserve a star! Worst and most stupid place I have ever dealt with. I have an issue regarding them taking money out of the wrong account I never gave them the number for, and now my bank is charging me money because of them charging me which they won't reimburse me for their idiotic mistake. Called to deal with it and all I got were false answers and attitude. They are ridiculous and I will never use them again.
