  Great people running a store they love! I brought my Canadian Tire bike in thinking i'd get laughed at but instead they treated me like someone who had a proper road bike, they serviced my flat tire right on the spot with care! Highly Recommended.

  I really liked my experience at Element. I was looking for a new bike, but I had very little knowledge of makes, models or if I wanted a tri/road bike. Cam spent almost 3 hours with me, looking at positioning, size and fit. One week later, I returned to the store to get my bike. Cam set everything up to fit my needs and give me more tips to help with my lack of experience on a tri/road bike. The whole staff gave me a ton of information for riding, triathlons and safety. The next morning I was on the road riding new bike.

  Got my first road bike from Element. Cam and Elise were great and took a lot of time explaining and helping me to make decisions on what bike and equipment to get. Both are extremely knowledgeable on the subject. Highly recommended!

  Went to two other bike shops and their fitters had no issues taking time away from what they were doing to spend between 10 discussing my needs and their opinions.

  Made a trip across town on recommendation of a few people to get some advice and information on a bike fit and how it could address issues i'm having. I didn't get any advice nor did anyone really express any interest in my situation aside from telling me to come in another day because they were busy due to a race coming up. No effort was made to advise or give me information pertaining to what I came in for, just come back next week.

  I'm sure they are excellent and excel at what they do here and I'm not speaking out against their expertise just their customer service. I personally felt they couldn't be bothered.
