  Great location, usually excellent drinks, and they typically have very lovely and helpful staff. Among my favourite Second Cups in the city. 106 street is typically better for studying, and Capilano Corner is still near the top for Frocho's, but this one has a great atmosphere, and is great to spend time when you're able to find a seat :).

  I just like this place, great place to just sit and watch people walking by while enjoying a hot beverage.

  Good location on the corner. The cafe is well lit, as it features whole wall windows. Outdoor seating is available in the summer.

  Service: I have come to this location several times and have found the staff to be very respectful, friendly and knowledgable.

  Ambiance: It has a cozy feel to it. The location is not super fancy or anything but a great place to come study and do work. You have large enough tables to spread your books and laptop. It's not usually super crowded or noisy which makes it a great place to study.

  Drinks: I've found the coffee/hot chocolate sizes comparable to the competition. Taste is good.
