  I just purchased a truck from here for our company. The guys were great to deal with. It was a very fair price, great condition, no surprises and an overall good experience. I would recommend.

  So I bought 2008 Nissan Sentra from Carmaxx 2 weeks ago. I wanted to buy a vehicle from a dealership so that I can get a certified vehicle and I don't have to keep spending money on it after buying. The vehicle was certified in November or December, 2015. They should have given me a recent inspection report, not 3-4 months old. The windshield was cracked, I believe a dealership can't sell the vehicle with cracked windshield. ( but I was aware of the cracked windshield. Not that he told me about this but I noticed it and ignored it because I wanted to get the vehicle). On the very next day it started making a noise, whenever I turned the wheel left or right ( which I am sure that this noise was happening before I bought the vehicle, the sales person was keep saying that its the regular engine noise.), when I asked the mechanic about this noise, he said it needs new "Quick Strut Assembly" . I told this to the dealership guy. At first he was like " no there is nothing wrong with the vehicle". I sent him the video recording of noise. He asked to me to bring the vehicle to the dealership. The mechanic there checked it and put some WD 40 on mounts on both side. Then he said drive it for a couple of days, if it doesn't get better they will replace the parts for me. I called him after two days and told him its getting worse. He said I have to give him a couple more days so that he can find "Used Parts" and even in used parts he was expecting more money from me. It's been over 10days, never heard anything back from him. I replaced the parts from a shop already and had to spend $650 (atleast they are new parts). I would not recommend anyone to this dealership because their tone is different when someone wants to buy a vehicle and when someone has already bought the vehicle. Unprofessional customer service. They won't want to talk to you after you have bought the vehicle.

  Very rude over the phone, clearly this place doesn't want any sales. Don't waste your time and energy. Look elsewhere.

  Great place, awesome atmosphere. Bought a 2007 BMW 335i from them and its the best car i ever bought. One year later and shes running like a charm. Thank you Carmaxx!!
