  The service I received for glass repair was amazing. Gabrielle was able to find the right piece for my car on a budget and in a short amount of time as it is cold out. End result was perfect thanks to the tech and I couldn’t even imagine anybody else matching the service she delivered.

  AWFUL! stay away is you want to have a good experience with quality work. I took my car here for a window replacement. They "forgot" to vacuum up the glass that had been smashed all over the inside of my SUV and were shocked that I expected them to tidy up the hundreds of broken glass pieces. Fast forward to now- the window they replaced leaks water when its raining or going through the carwash and makes an awful sound when driving at highway speeds. Apparently its somehow my fault thou. Stay away!!!

  Attention to detail is not on highest level. However, only a minor issues that have been fixed in another visit. Would still recommend going there!!

  Great first (and hopefully the last!!) experience with Carstar. They booked a rental car for me, arranged a shuttle to and from their location. My car was ready in less than a week and it came back clean inside and out. Very impressed! Would recommend this place for sure.
