  I was very happy with the service I received here. Maureen in reception was very helpful and kind, they got me in very quickly and gave me great updates. The repair was well done and my vehicle was returned to me cleaner than it ever has been, both inside and out.

  Dealt with a East Indian guy named argun what a joke this guy was really ignorant and told me they don't give written estimates after 15min looking at my car and telling me it needed a lot of work. Could never recommend this shop to anyone the customer service was horrible

  My brand new car that was just a day old was hit by someone in a parking lot. carstar folks understood my concerns and explained in detail (by drawing several diagrams of the car) the damage and how it will be fixed. The repairs were completed super fast. The quality of the work is excellent. The car looks brand new and I haven't come across any issues yet. Great work. I will recommend arjan for his help

  I had to take my vehicle in for some warranty work, as a prior paint repair had begun to chip and the metal underneath was oxidizing. The staff did not fight with me, did not try to say it was not their problem, they took one look and said 'we will fix it'. They kept me updated on the repairs as they progressed and were always pleasant when I called with questions. When I did get my car back, the repair was seamless. What really took my breath away, is my passenger rear door had been fitted improperly and there was a slight gap. Without me even saying anything, they refitted the door and made it flush with the fender again. If you want your car to come out looking brand new, I strongly recommend.
