  Went to the store and had 2 clothes on hold, back the exact next day they said they don't have any of my clothes. No apologize or what so ever but I'm still ok, luckily they still have my size on the floor.

  So, I am not a customer that would make a scene in a store, but when you had unpleasant experiences with 3 different Sales Associate three days in a row I definitely will move my business somewhere else. Nothing worse than being treated disrespectfully. What a traumatized experience!

  When I got home I noticed that they charged me too much, went back the next day to let them fix the issue and saw a different SA in the cash reg. Again, they treated me like I am the fault and should check the receipt before I go. Of course no apologize from this SA.

  I have fallen in love with Anthropologie since 5 yrs ago and been their loyal customers and online. But over the years their Costumer Service is going DOWNHILL. I was there 3 days in a row on Wed, Thurs, Friday (dec 2).

  I’ve been shopping at this store since it opened in Edmonton and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Terrible shopping experience.

  I asked for a membership (it's about time) but then the SA in the cash reg looking at me like I don't know what I'm doing!! "Do you know what this will do"??, she said (I know the difference when a person genuinely ask you or looking down to you). But hey, I let her enlightened me anyway. Then I walked around and bought 4 items, I try to shake the unpleasant experience that just happened by looking at their beautiful store and clothes. The Sales associates in the changing room are ALWAYS nice and respectful to customers even when the mall had a fire drill that day.

  Customer service is a 10/10. My child smashed a plate here while I was shopping and they wouldn't even let me pay for it. I was really embarrassed and the ladies were so nice about it. I'm really sorry and again thanks guys.

  Lovely stuff, customer service is terrible though. The manager is super rude, and fake. I don't know how people like that even get retail jobs.

  The sell is not really happening! They just raised the price up and didn’t even bother to take the old tag off:)) so disappointing
