    IF I COULD GIVE 0* I WOULD.. WALKED INTO THE PLACE TO PICK UP A UPS PACKAGE, FIRST OF ALL THE STENCH WOW..... PROCEEDED TO THE COUNTER LADY WAS PLEASANT .. HOWEVER THE TRACKING SYSTEM STATED PARCEL WAS THERE... .SHE HOWEVER LOOKED AT THE SLIP, OPENED A BOOK SAID ORDER NOT HERE COME BACK IN A FEW DAYS.... WOW.. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THANK GOD AFTER SPEAKING WITH A SUPERVISOR AT UPS THEY HAVE RE-DIRECTED MY PARCEL TO A UPS STORE FOR ME TO RETRIEVE......

    Always ask for receipt , cause these people will look for an opportunity to rib you off. They charged me 5 bucks on top of the amount that i bought . I asked and the guy said he have to pay the bank's fee since i uae credit card , all that bulshit . ... they have no sigh or warn me abt this fee . i lost 5 bucks .
