  I've honestly never had a bad experience at this medi-centre. I'm in an out usually within 30mins. the doctors and receptionists are really nice. except for the one black doctor who told my boyfriend and I that I was pregnant when I wasn't at all, other than that I really recommend seeing Dr. Glubish (part time), Dr. Njenga or Dr. Buchner. all are very informative and really dig deep to find the underlying issue with whatever you may be going through.

  Regardless and pleasent experience at this medi-centre compared to ones i used to go on west end when i lived there..

  Like many clinics in this country, this one has times where it is clearly swamped. The reviews here do not exemplify the fantastic level of quality care that I have received here. I do agree with some of the comments regarding the politeness and friendliness of the front desk, without such cold and rude (or nearly so) experiences I would have been willing to offer five stars.

  December 22, entered clinic at 9:30~ - said wait time is 40 minutes, at 11:40, still have not seen dr. and a screaming kid in the waiting room - (yes all of 2 hours) nothing was to done to talk to the mother to subdue her child - I did eventually see the nurse and received my prescription - 3 people had left during that time = Question??? was there even a dr. present??? perhaps they should practice management, in all that time 2hrs & 40 minutes, only 2 people were called to the back - to see dr? or nurse?? if my dr. were not at this medic centre - I would change in a heartbeat - HORRIBLE - except for the office staff - they are great -

  Everytime I go here I get zero results. I mention advil or tylenol for my shoulder pain and that it doesn't work. I can barely lift my arm and I'm in pain 24/7 which makes it difficult to sleep and work. There is something causing this pain but they quit helping you after xray and ultrasound and give prescription ibuprofen that doesn't help. Life with 24/7 pain isn't easy. Especially when doctors give up and think you want drugs. I want to be pain free. Help us instead of looking down your nose at patients like we are garbage. Shame on you doctors. I hope one day you experience 24/7 pain. Don't go to this place.

  Place had a very small wait time.. i was in and out.. the staff were pleasent and nice.. my doctor saw me.. was nice.. asked questions.. i felt a little rushed.. but not much..
