  This place is wonderful, before coming here I knew very little about cannabis for pain, everyone from the receptionists to the doctor to the bud genius were very thorough and I felt so much better about the type and amount that I would need for pain relief. They also showed me the ways I could use medicinal marijuana. Everyone here is so pleasant and nice. I highly recommend coming here.

  If I would have know the clinic has taken on too many patients (judging by the Facebook reviews) then I would have searched elsewhere for options in 2017 and likely been seen by now.

  Best medical experience I've had! Everyone was fantastic to deal with and you leave feeling like you're very well educated on everything. I didn't even have to sit down to wait when I got there. I had a 10:00 appointment, showed up at 10:00 and went right on in. Most doctor's offices if you showed up on time you'd expect to wait at least an hour. The only downside was that I had to book a long time in advance to get in. I think I booked in the middle of May and the soonest available appointment was the end of August.

  I made an appointment to see a doctor here nearly 7 months ago. They just phoned me (10 days before the appointment) to tell me that my appointment was cancelled because they share their doctor with 'common practice'. They said that they could not reschedule the appointment either as they have no clue when they can even see me. This is an extremely poor practice. After all this time waiting, I am back to square one again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, if you want help and not set backs.

  If I can give this place no stars, I would. It is been a gong show since day one. My first appointment was scheduled over a year ago and the doctor quit or something so the clinic shut down without any notice. I then made my way all the way to Calgary and was in and out in a moment however, the next appointment was booked to be done via phone as I live in Edmonton. That day came and I called in, and they told me phone appointments were no longer an option. So I was rebookedand had to wait 4 months to get in to the new Edmonton clinic. Once I got there, they couldn't find any information on me even though I had called the Calgary office before to make sure that the Edmonton office would have access to my file. They said absolutely, everything is available online. Well, they had no idea what I was prescribed before, who I saw before or anything for that matter. I never ended up seeing a doctor, only a nurse so once I tried to fill the prescription, the dispensary wouldn't allow it because it had not been signed off by a doctor. Eventually, that got sorted out. I had a follow up appointment booked, and suddenly one day I received an email stating the appointment had been changed due to the doctors schedule. I wrote them back letting them know that date didn't work, to reschedule and forgot about it. Approximately three days prior to that appointment, I got another reminder of it even though I had requested to cancel. I again sent an email stating the appointment did not work for me. I did not receive a response for a full week. Once I did, they let me know that they are no longer booking appointments but putting all clients on a waiting list.

  This place is a joke, avoid if you can. Look for another provider because honestly, it's like a bloody revolving door in there. It's so ridiculously busy all the time it's like a herd of cattle just being pushed around. I don't think they take anybody's issue seriously, and they see whoever which puts those who actually need help at the back of the line

  I now have been put on a wait list with no answer to when I will be seen? Weeks? Months? Very unprofessional.

  To be called four business days before an appointment I have been waiting for since October is insane. I had booked the day off of work and made arrangements to be at my appointment. I could understand a month prior perhaps but less than a week before is unacceptable.
