  Been on hold for almost an hour now. This is probably one of the worst clinics I've ever dealt with.

  I just want to understand why this clinic has a phone? The machine always says the office is closed even during operating hours. They never answer during operating hours either and if theey do they put you on hold for 20 or 30 min before they answer. The wait time is ridiculous you have an appointment at 1 youre not going in until 1 30 - 2 sometimes even later. I once waiting 2 hours in the seating area. I literally give this one star for dr.sacks just cuz she was awesome and made me feel comfortable.

  Does anyone answer the phone here? I been on hold 52 mins. How am I supposed to confirm anything when they can't answer a call!!!!!

  Staff has bad time management skills. You wait forever here. My doctor here needs to improve her communication skills with patients because my questions were not answered. She seems burned out or just doesn't understand the patient's perspective (we don't have the medical knowledge). I left the office feeling disappointed and frustrated.

  Worst place. Don't go here every appointment for 9 months I waited 2+ hours. Probably spent 1000 on parking. Had my baby then they had no care for follow up appointment was supposed to be 6 weeks but I had to wait 10 weeks. I waited today 2.5 hours and ended up walking out.
