    Worst customer service ever!!!! They try to help but I am afraid they do not do much other than them running their diagnostics and providing no solutions if its not in the book. Their techies just run by the book unfortunately. I am almost doubting my apple products now after this kind of low technical expertise by the Apple Store techies! You would definitely expect more tech savvy people working at the Apple Store who can actually provide answers to your questions!!

    I recently noticed that when we upgraded the ios from 10 to 11, our phones got very very slow. So, we had to downgrade from 11 to 10 but for some reasons we couldn't.

    I strongly recommend other customers to buy any phone rather than iphone because Apple would make a problem to their device very soon to force them to buy a new one.

    On Thursday I booked an appointment for 9:50 am Saturday (today) because my phone was getting really hot and draining the battery quickly and I have a cracked screen I wanted to get replaced. I arrived at the store 15 minutes early and they took me in right away which was nice, however that's where the service ended. They ran diagnostics on my phone, told me there was nothing wrong with it and that I should just wipe it and manually reinstall everything as it could be an operating system and installing from my back up might just reinstall the "non-existing" issue. They also advised that because my phone still worked that they couldn't replace the screen just in case someone who's screen didn't work came in and that I should book another appointment for 5-10 days out.

    Pretty much a decent experience every time I go in (which is a lot). There is one employee (an older asian man) who is always rude and never looks happy to be working. I honestly don't know why they hired him. Other than that it's a pretty decent experience. Products are always displayed nicely, and the support is quick and efficient

    SUPER disappointed with Apple today, I've always had good experiences at this location and today's experience makes me wonder if it's time to switch everything to another OS as the service seems to be getting worse and worse as time goes by.

    They don't stand by there warranty I bought an iPhone 6 and put it directly into an otter box defender series case. After about 2 months it bent in the common spot for iPhone 6's to bend right under the volume buttons where the only thing supporting the frame is the thin aluminum on the backing. Apple isn't owning up to there manufacturer defects they wont even consider the fact that it was apples fault. Never buying another apple product again.

    I believe Apple intentionally do this to force people change their phone and buy a new one. This is another game of Apple rather than battery story that they apologized.
