  I strongly recommend other customers to buy any phone rather than iphone because Apple would make a problem to their device very soon to force them to buy a new one.

  I believe Apple intentionally do this to force people change their phone and buy a new one. This is another game of Apple rather than battery story that they apologized.

  Great customer service, the associates come to help before you can even go look for them! They are always really nice, super friendly and funny, are polite and only want you to have the best experience. Very informative too, I have always left the store happy and satisfied.

  I personally like this store better than the SouthGate location. The employees seem nicer, which is kinda weird to say about an Apple store because they thrive on customer experience, but it’s true. This location is always quicker to ask if I need help and the Genius Bar appointments are dealt with in a quicker fashion. Also, walk-in appointments at the Genius Bar will generally have a lower wait time than Southgate because of more employees at this store.

  Excellent! I was seen to immediately and while waiting, saw two blue shirts helping two concerned older ladies. The boys were calm and handled them gently and patiently and the ladies were charmed, My experience was just as pleasant. Smart, friendly service and good hardware upgrades. Never felt rushed.

  Went in today for an appointment I booked 3 days ago. After waiting a half an hour, I was told they don’t have a replacement phone to give me in the event that they can’t fix my phone. They call Southgate and they have it but they won’t do the repair at West Edmonton mall and see if they can try and fix it because they don’t have the replacement phone and that’s not their protocol (insert eye roll here). So, what’s the point of me going out of my way to book an appointment at a mall further from my house so that while I wait, I can actually be entertained? Moral of the story, Apple Store, pretty sure you can afford having appropriate inventory levels so that people like myself who have a newer model don’t have to be inconvenienced because you don’t know how to order parts adequately.

  I recently noticed that when we upgraded the ios from 10 to 11, our phones got very very slow. So, we had to downgrade from 11 to 10 but for some reasons we couldn't.
