  I bought sound touch 10 pathetic product waste of time and money.. Never recommend this product to any one. major issue Audio delay of 5 seconds with video synchronization . called there tech support supervisor even they admit that product has this issue and suggested me to return the product and get refund. My question is why the hell Bose is selling the product which is not compatible to video streaming. Its just brand name but actually they are making full to the customers.. Please dont buy this product..

  Go see Connor. He's the man. At this store you can try everything and take all the time you like. Much better experience than Best buy.

  While I would prefer the product not fray so fast in the first place, the excellent service helps sell the product for me, and the store as a whole.

  Amazing warranty experience(no BS) - my speaker was under warranty, simply took it to the store, and Tyler troubleshooted to get it going - didn't work out and replaced it with a brand new speaker! Very friendly staff as well, keep up the good work Bose!

  Dealt with the store manager Jeff. He was professional and very pleasant to deal with. I had more items than I could carry so they helped bring them out to the parking lot and load them in my vehicle. Great service and you can’t beat Bose!

  I bought a pair of earphones from Bose in March 2015. Come April 2017 (after my warranty expired), my earphones were frayed at the plug after heavy use. I decided to come by anyway and see what they could do for me, and they replaced the product entirely, with another 1 year warranty for the new pair!
