  These guys were awesome, I brought my computer in Thursday afternoon, they called me within a couple hours with the problem and cost. They also asked if I wanted to speed up my computer as well by adding some more ram, which I have been meaning to do anyways.

  I am a professional author whose old laptop died last week. Gcom was recommended. The staff ensured I'd backed up my manuscripts on another device before wiping and repairing. They could very easily have insisted I needed a new laptop. The price was reasonable and I had my computer back within 24 hours. Excellent experience, and my laptop works like new. Thanks, guys!
