  I had to prepare a program bulletin for a memorial service. Due to various unplanned events, I didn't get it designed until the Thursday morning before the Sunday service. I submitted it online for 100 double-sided full colour copies, triple folded, at 11 AM. The website said to allow 5-7 days for in-store pickup or.2-3 business days for express shipping. I called the store but they assured me that such a small order should be ready by Friday. Much to my astonishment, I received an email before 11:30 that my order was ready! I picked them up and they were done just as ordered, and turned out great. Priced reasonably too! Thanks Staples!!

  Had a terrific customer service experience; Rachit helped me through the entire process, was very knowledgable, pulled stock quickly and even handled the checkout transaction. Got what I needed quickly and felt confident it was the right items for my IT set up. I had spend a totally unproductive 45 min. at Best Buy directly beforehand and gave up. Went to Staples and got everything I needed with each item being a fraction of the price of what Best Buy had. Well done!

  I went to Staples to do some color copying for my boss and I got this great lady Jenn who works in the copy place and she was amazing. I didn't even know that there was a business advantage that I could take advantage of. She explained everything to me and got me 10% off my order. I would highly recommend Staples for all your copy needs. She even gave me service with a smile. Doesn't happen very often any more.

  Today I came into Staples on Canada Day. ..150 years young. I received a 25 % discount on already clearance items. Was a good experience with staff. The young lady that served me at the till was kind and courteous and was a pleasure to have as my server.
