  Poor customer service. After sending extra money for high quality flowers in a family emergency on behalf of my employer we received less flowers then the told price. Very leafy florist and lacked rose count. We even had to uber the flowers ourselves!!

  After a family emergency with my distant family in Canada, I had my assistant arrange a floral arrangement to go out the same day. The initial price was $80 dollars for a dozen roses. After generously offering $120 (excluding delivery) to dress the arrangement up and add as many roses for that value, I ended up with only 8 roses delivered (by delivered I mean by my own uber). Terrible flowers designs and before writing this review we called them asking if they could make it right whether this be a store credit or new flowers. Nothing was done. If you are in Canada or else where don't buy from Blooming Buds.

  Great Service! I phoned and placed an order that needed to be delivered the same day. They listened to what I wanted, made a few suggestions and managed to deliver the flowers before noon and make the recipients day! Thank you for all that you did to make that happen.
