  Even though I live 2 hours away from Edmonton, I come into Panda Flowers when I want to order flowers. The staff is always helpful, friendly and courteous. Panda flowers are always fresh, with a great selection to choose from. This week, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughters workplace. She needed cheering up. Despite the fact that the delivery driver apparently went to the wrong address, and the delivery was very late in the day (I had requested a morning delivery); the flowers were lovely, my daughter was thrilled, and her co-workers were happy too. What a great way to end a very long week. No blame at all to the staff at Panda Flowers (they were very helpful when I called about the delay). Perhaps the delivery drivers need a map!! I will continue to do business with Panda Flowers - everyone is so nice.

  Only gave 1 star cause I had to rate them. Horrible service. Nick is unprofessional. Flowers they deliver were the wrong ones. Then when I asked they said they would pick them up and make new ones which is nice but inconsiderate that the flowers were given as a gift and shouldn't be given back. I will never go to these people again and will even go out of my way to recommend people NOT to go.

  The gentleman who helped me was excellent! Went above and beyond to ensure all the correct information was on the invoice 'just in case'. As I am not from Edmonton-and wanted the arrangement delivered to a business- I really appreciated having the extra info. He also provided a time frame from delivery and it was honored. Keep up the awesome work!

  Called so many times and nobody has contacted me back, also voicemail says that they are closed in first week of september , its now october. Maybe there out of business.
