    I had terrible service. Picked out a chair and asked if they delivered to my location in Edmonton. They said they did so went through a 10 minute process starting an account (with the salesman typing with one finger the whole time) only to find out they actually don't deliver. No explanation offered and lots of my time wasted. I won't return here and would not recommend.

    bought a new laundry pair, a couple months into our ownership washer had issues. we purchased the extended warranty as well. tech came out to look at the washer. said he had to order parts. parts camper in and another tech came out. turns out first tech never ordered all the necessary parts. was told the parts are being rushed and we would have it fixed right away. now we are three weeks without a washing machine... real nice when we have a 5 person household. no one can tell us what is going on or even when we will have the problem fixed. it is really quite sad.

    My experience with The Brick located at the West Edmonton Mall has been absolutely awful. My couch is ridiculously damaged from 2 months of normal living (sitting on it). The material has fallen apart. (Thank god I have a warranty you're thinking) Well no. The staff is absolutely terrible. It took them 2 months to get back to me and no one would answer to my questions. They finally sent someone to have a look at my couch and he told me that I would get a phone call within a couple days. After 2 weeks without a phone call, here I am waiting for nothing. Please do yourself a favour and don't buy furniture there.

    Terrible experience with the couch we bought there. We got pressured into buying the warranty plan when buying it. The couch gets delivered 3 weeks after we purchased it in November, and the second day after we received it, we noticed one of the seams was already coming apart. That's ok we thought, we got the service plan...no problem. WRONG.

    Do not purchase anything here, and for the LOVE of PETE don't buy any warranty. It's nothing but a money grab.

    Terrible service. Sent us damaged merchandise, then replaced it with damaged merchandise. Then took 2 months to come and pick it up for repair. Now forcing us to come pick it up. Oh and the best part: They don't know where it is. I asked where to pick it up and they said they didn't know.

    We immediately called and sent pictures of the damage. Finally after a few more phone calls and emails, a month later someone gets back to me about it. Then they sent out a guy to come to my house to see it in person a few weeks later. Finally at the beginning of April (4 MONTHS LATER) they decided they have to come take my couch into their shop to fix it. Leaving me without a couch. They say it will be 5 days until I get it back, which seemed crazy at the time. And here we are 14 days later and I still don't have my couch back. I'm very disappointed with everything and definitely won't be a repeat customer
