  Excellent customer service. I actually received a personalized email from one of the sales associates letting me know that the particular coffee table I was interested in was going to be on sale. That same associated helped me to pick out the perfect couch and color just a few weeks before. We need another sectional and will most certainly be going back to Urbam Barn.

  Store is large, well set up and clean. Staff was helpful but didn't walk behind you making comments. I really dislike that. Well trained.

  Knowledgeable staff, always available to help if I need it, but never pushy or intrusive. They have given me some great advice over the course of many visits. I look forward to shopping here every time I come. It's like having best friend to shop with that also happens to be a designer. Love it.
