  This guy is a CON ARTIST and a LIAR. He had my team do a bunch of work for him and totally ripped us off. After the fact the main client called and apparently he ripped her off also.

  It does look a bit better than it did and the floor is fixed. But needless to say we have decided to cut our losses. Also we were told that the bathroom is completed to a professional level and they would not return. That is fine as we do not want them to return.

  We had 3 estimates for our en-suite double shower, when we called Tiler Tech. I knew as soon as Tyler looked over the job that he was the one. He gave me ideas above and beyond what had been presented before and I liked that. We were so pleased with the way the job was progressing, that before they were finished, we decided to renovate our other bathroom as well. Marco and his crew where competent, considerate craftsmen. A happy group who completed their work expertly and on time. That says a lot for their employer. We are extremely pleased with our bathrooms. Tyler's company deserves 5 stars for this job. They're the best!

  We are happy with the bathroom that Tiler Tech has installed the past week. Our only hold-up with the job has been with suppliers not providing materials (or incorrect materials) which pushed back the completion date. Through this Tyler and Marco have been apologetic and worked evenings and weekends to get the job complete. We would happily use them again and will recommend them to friends.

  We are still unhappy with the “finished’ product. The floor is the only repair that was completed successfully, and it was just laid over top of the original ripped one. At this time we have 3 different colours of grout in our shower, sloppy caulking, none mitered baseboard join and so much more. The owner of the company is aware and had asked us to say that he was trying to accommodate us but the co-owner would not.

  The first day of the again spread out 2 month (with 5 days access while we were away) repair work the co-owner installed our sink in backwards. The plumber (not a licensed plumber) came the next day to re hook up the plumbing and had to change it all. It was not until the next day when we went to use the sink that we realized that it was in backwards. The co-owner was upset that we wanted it installed properly and asked us why we could not leave it backwards!!!

  We were also told before they returned to do repair work that they had their Provincial Licensing to operate legally. As of Nov 10th 2015 they still do not according to Service Alberta. Please check the BBB and Trusted Pros reviews.

  We met TilerTech at the Home Reno Show and were impressed by the quality of knowledge. When we proceeded with our main bathroom and decided to go with 24 x 48" tiles, we knew we were out of our league as DIYers and needed help. TilerTech was able to fit us in very last minute which was so important to us. Marco the installer handled those massive tiles with easy and had excellent suggestions on orientation on both the tub surround and the floor. Marco was as excited about the end results of the tile job as we were. We LOVE our tile work in the bathroom...thanks guys!
