The facility was dirty, we were over charged and they could not provide a refund. We have visited several rock climbing centets and this experience was disappointing.

    Fun and challenging. Very addictive.

Fun experience but poor service. It was our first visit and we were given no instructions, tour or helpful information. We were told to put our own harnesses on and strap ourselves in, which seemed unsafe and negligent.

Owner has had a few changes in terms of facility managers/ownership between the 3 facilities they own and the changes have affected the care this facility receives. I've been here for the last 3 years and within the last 12 months it isn't uncommon to see routes up for 2-3 months at a time. Was at the facility two weeks ago with a friend who was here during christmas and he noticed that the routes he climbed in december were still up in late february- as also evidenced by how filthy the routes are from climbing shoes rubbing off onto the holds and walls. Not always an issue, but when the routes are mostly catering to advanced climbs (5.10 and up) and you only have maybe 4 or 5 routes you can complete due to strength and stamina limitations, it really makes it dull when you have to keep climbing the same stuff for weeks on end. Makes a membership option stale.

I saw a review saying the price is a bit steep compared to a competitor. As a member I just wanted to point out the amount you get for the price you pay here. #1 Access to very well set bouldering, top rope, and lead climbing. #2 Access to a variety of hang boards and a campus board. #3 Access to a well rounded gym area with everything you need for weight lifting and body weight training. #4 Access to yoga four days a week. In my opinion the amount you get for the price is well above what I would expect. Good gym, great people.
