  Chrome Salon has completely changed my experience of getting my hair cut! My stylist Holly has patiently collaborated with me over the past three years for both cut and colouring services, gaining my trust and working tirelessly to achieve results I love. Her patience and expertise has allowed me to take style risks, and I have always walked out with a look I felt confident in. I have especially appreciated the helpful and positive environment at Chrome, and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking!

  I usually get my hair done in the small town that I am from but I desperately needed a cut so I found this place on google. I was greeted nicely by a very nice receptionist. I was 10 minutes or so early, just because I like being on time and also as a sign of respect. My stylist was 10 minutes late, and not 10 minutes late busy with another client, 10 minutes late as in not even at the salon yet. So she showed up with a rushed mindset as she was reminded during my haircut that she already had another client that arrived. I felt like she was rushing and it was worrisome as I am a paying costumer. I was only getting a cut but I got a few inches taken off so my hair was going to be quite a bit shorter. I asked if we could do a little longer and then if I wanted to go shorter we could. I only asked this because my normal hairdresser always suggests this as she does not want to shock me with short hair. But this lady said to me “can you just decide now because I don’t want to have to do the whole cut twice.” Which okay, sure you’re running late, but I am paying you. I was then passed off to two other stylists who switched in between blow drying my hair that took what felt like 40 mins. (My hair was cut above my shoulders) then the stylist came back, and rushed through my hair she even dropped her comb on the ground. I was so displeased I didn’t even want her to style it I just wanted to go. I was there for an hour and 45 minutes for a simple cut. And then to top it all off, I got home and noticed a huge chunk of my hair was 3 inches longer than the rest!! Maybe I just went in on a bad day, but I definitely won’t be recommending it to my friends or going there again. :(

  Had a very good experience attending Chrome today. The service was professional and the atmosphere was very inviting. My haircut looks amazing all thanks to my hair dresser Rod :)

  What makes Chrome stand out is the remarkably consistent degree of friendliness and professionalism you encounter with each visit. This is an establishment where talents are nurtured and developed. This shows every time I visit, with every staff member or stylist I encounter. Chrome is a FANTASTIC salon.

  Words cannot begin to describe how incredibly happy I am with this salon. I've been to multiple salons/hairstylists and I've never before had something that I truly loved until now. Amazing service, super friendly, very helpful. Thank you so much William, Rodrigo, and Corina for turning my birds nest hair into something you'd see on a commercial. Will never go to another salon again, love this place so much ♡
