  My first time here and I had a great experience. Chrystal was amazing, she was my massage therapist. I prefer to not talk during massages, and she was quiet as a mouse which I loved, and gave me a great massage. Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff I will definitely be back. The prices are a tad high ($90 for a 60 minute massage) and they only direct bill for Blue Cross, but I am thoroughly relaxed and happy with my overall experience (that's where benefits come in handy!). Can't wait to go back :)

  What an amazing day spa! I had a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure here and all of the treatments were top notch. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel pampered and relaxed. I'd definitely recommend Urban Retreat!

  I've been here a total of 3 times. All different experiences except I did get a massage twice. The atmosphere is so relaxing and everyone is really friendly and professional. I'll continue to be a repeat customer. :)
