  They need more people to answer phones.....not an automated system, a real person. I have called there three times in the last two weeks and haven't been able to talk to anybody!? Either the phone just rings and rings endlessly, or I get an automated machine saying that all their sales associates are busy and that they'll take my call in due order. I've been sitting on hold for 20 minutes as I write this. And, no option for a call back. Now, if it was the first time, I'd never mention it but this has happened all three times I've called. ? It's sad that I was recommended to go here by Angelique Case Interiors, who are great people. I don't think they would've directed me there had they known how understaffed Richelieu is, with the resultant poor quality of service. I will try them, once again, in a week or two. If I'm still left frustrated, I'll look for my hardware needs elsewhere. 30 minutes and counting....... Ugh, I'm hanging up.

  Richelieu has a wonderful selection of hardware we use them all the time, great place great people, highly recommend then.

  Great place and some great employees! Melisa is the most knowledgeable person i have ever meet when it comes to hardware, and the staff in the back are quick, friendly and efficient. see you soon.
