  Consistently one the best medical experiences, highly recommended. Dr. Paul Yong always goes the extra mile, the front desk staff are professional and the the pharmacy is extremely knowledgeable... Just visited the new Windermere location and had the same amazing service.

  I booked an appointment to see the DR over the phone for a couple days later, when I arrived I was ushered into my room quite quickly, almost 30 minutes later, a nurse pops her head in and says the DR has to make an emergency call and will be in shortly, 15 minutes later I walk out as my time is valuable, i said to the receptionist that I cant wait any longer and what is the sense of having an appointment if he cant show up on time... and she then tells me that DR is still with another patient, when i told her that is not what the other nurse told me, she rolled her eyes at me. I walked out

  Make sure you call them back 3 times to confirm your appointment or they will simply cancel it without telling you. After taking time off work because if you miss your appointment they will charge you 100$ they simply cancelled my appointment. Absolutely furious, and wouldnt reccomend this clinic to anyone

  Highly recommend this clinic as they care about the patients (Shelia the pharmacy manager is very great to deal with and answers any questions you may have). Edit...all the pharmacy ladies are a joy to deal with. Helen and Nicole are great!

  The only hit against this clinic is that I've had 2 different family doctors move away since I've been there (2 and a half years). But Dr. Jiang has been great as a new doctor and I've gotten my kids (toddlers) in as walk-ins in a moments notice.

  think twice before booking an appointment here, prior to Feb of this year it was an awesome place, then my doctor moved :(

  I showed up for as a walk in @ 510pm , no front desk staff, waited around for a bit as I thought they might be taking a patient to their room, when someone did show up i asked if they were still open and he said NO, we closed at 5pm even though the sign on the door said open to 6pm, he then asked if it was an emergency, offered to find me another clinic, I said that was fine.

  needless to say i called back and cancelled my meet and greet and have moved on to a different clinic where me and my time are treated respectfully
