  Long waits. What race the person is seems to make a difference how fast you get to see the doctors. Even if you have an appointment it doesn't get you anywhere

  If I could give them a 0, I would. This clinic is awful. Super slow service everytime I’ve gone in, whether as a walk-in or even today, when I actually made an appointment. I’ve only had one excellent doctor here, and unfortunately, she is no longer working here. For the most part, I feel like the doctors here don’t take the time to go through your full past medical history (and I say this as a former RN). This is a little concerning, given that they are able to provide you with prescriptions. Next time, I will be making an appointment to see my family doctor only.

  Receptionist very unpleasant and seems that she doesn’t wanna work there at all. We came at the clinic for a check up for my 5 yr old daughter at about 9:30am then at about 10:15 I ask the reception if we can ask for the bathroom key since we we’re there 45 mins already my daughter needs to urinate, then when I ask the key she is just so not nice when she told me that the customer from yesterday locked the door from inside now they can’t open it and then I ask her coz my daughter needs to use the washroom as we are here almost for an hour, then she told me to just use the washroom outside the clinic at the superstore washroom then we went there and when we came back I ask her if how long will we have to wait since we are already waiting for an hour, she said there is still 3 parients before you then I said how did that happen when we came here there is only 4-5 people waiting in line ten she said coz of the appointments then I decided I would grab something to eat for my daughter at the superstore fast then come back then when We came back in 10-15 mins she said there is still 2 person in front of us since we left. I didn’t feel comfortable still staying because of her attitude and her facial impression she showing me that she is not happy about her working there with this busy crowd of people. I will not go back there anymore. All the doctors are very nice and very helfull but they are unlucky to have that kind of receptionist very rude.

  Very slow clinic , even after booking appointment , i always have to wait for 40/50 min pass my assigned time . Receptionist does not care and give more prority to certain race's people . I WOULD SUGGES EVERY ONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC .

  Had an appointment for 9:30am on a sunday. They left a message for me the night before saying the doctor will be in at 10:00am. Which is fine but the doctor still hasn't showed up 11:10am. The receptionist keeps saying he's on his way. I will never be back. They open at 9:00am by the way. I guess a doctor's time is much more valuable then his patients.
