  I just finished Dr Fix's Innate Wellness program and it was a super success. Lost over 20 lbs on it as well as learned how to eat better, move better and think better. The plan is very well laid out and pretty easy to follow. Would recommend the program to anyone.

  I also use Dr. Fix as a chiropractor and his skills and knowledge are top notch. Amy and Lilliana also do an excellent job on massage. Redefined Health has been my one stop shop for health related services for 2-3 years now and will continue to be in the future.
