  The woman on the phone told me the wrong time and the office provided absolutely zero flexibility when I came in at the time she had told me to come in. I'll stick with London drugs from now on.

  Terrible health service! No sincere apologies for vaccine mistakes which just generate internal reports for them according to the female arrogant Manager. Terribly unsafe and ridiculous with such ideas that it is not a big deal to be immunized wrongly!!! If there is 0 star, I would give that definitely ! I am sure it can last only because that it is the only travel health service in Edmonton! If you have other choice and do not want to risk yourself , don't go to them! Hope we could have more options in Edmonton and we will not be sacrificed to be the one who is taken advantage of owing to the health policy/requirement.

  Unlike everyone else, I had a great experience. Visit was very informative, the nurse that helped me was very polite and thorough. She let me know which vaccines were available for free through AHS and which ones were not. No pressure in terms of deciding whether to get certain shots or not. Yes, it's expensive but that will be the case anywhere you go. Yes, you have to pay for parking as the building is downtown. Otherwise, easy to book an appointment (online). Nothing bad to say about this place!

  Not sure why this place has any bad reviews. I had a wonderful experience here. I went for vaccinations for a practicum through my post secondary institution, so that means I had to have two appointments due to a test I had done. The nurse I dealt with was wonderful and very compassionate about my needle phobia (which is now cured because of the great experience). Everyone there was friendly and kind and I was seen quickly. They even have wifi.

  Very bad and condescending attidude of the nurse, Joyce T. No bedside manners or etiquette, especially when it came to her dealing with our kids (1.5 and 4 yrs old). Her response to my 4 yr olds tears after her shots was; "are you done crying?"
