  Great to deal with until you find a better option and decide to switch. Nobody will be able to tell you the $ amount that they will withhold, and show a charge called "Modification of Insurance" cost. That refund that you think you should get, just got cut in half. Better yet, they cant even tell you how this is so called cancellation fee is calculated.

  The quality of service that the staff offers at this branch is exceptional. I have been dealing with group for years and everyone is always willing to help out no matter what the situation is. They return phone calls, answer emails in a timely fashion and are always spot on with quotes. A personal thanks to Lynn who is always there to help me out! Keep up the great work!
