  But now I received the letter from Collection Company that payment is still pending & I have to pay the amount of $114.58. So I contacted the Tang Dang Agent again & asked why I received the letter, they admitted that they forgot to send the payment to head office. WTF

  I had insurance with this company for over 20 years, until they raised their premium for a 8 year old pathfinder. No explanation at all. No at fault accidents. Just bunch of BS. They were great to deal with but expensive , and we moved on to Wawaneasa, much better pricing and service.

  After being their client for some years, I honestly took some time to shop around for other options. Before I was with AMA so i got a quote with them (good service but so expensive). Then I got quotes with Intact, Wawanesa, Economical, Westland and The Co-operators (the worst one). I don't know what I was thinking when i decided to try somewhere else, it was a nightmare, you need to provide letter of experience, licence record ($25) and all of them quoted a price that changed when you decide to go with it. I wasted 2 weeks of my life, at the end Dang game me the best price and hassle free. In 15 minutes I was set up again.Trust me, don't fall for fake quotes with the other guys.

  Very poor service they have provided. All the issued happened is because of their mistake. I sent them the email last week that I want their head office’s contact so I can contact them directly. They haven’t replied.

  I had insurance with them last year. I cancelled the insurance with them in the beginning of this year. I didn’t had any ticket or Collision claim but they increased my monthly payments & didn’t give me any reason why my payments are increased. i went to another Insurance company. they offered me $ 80 less whatever i was paying to this TAND DANG. They didn’t inform me about the cancellation fee of $114.58 at the time when I cancelling the policy. I got the letter that I have to pay $114.58 to them, however after talking to many people at the customer service I paid the cancellation fee of $114.58 in May 2016 to Tang Dang Agent & told them that I don’t want any more letter from them.

  Gary was really helpful to me. He provided anything I ask without any hastle. He and their whole team are really reliable and reply to any email without making you wait a while. Definately best service in Edmonton couldn’t have asked for more
