  If I could rate them less than one I would! They are so incompetent on communicating with their customers, i'm surprised they are still in business. Save yourself time and a head ache and look else where. Even opening up your own firm would be easier on yourself!

  well I got a quote to day from DOUG HE QUOTED ME 254 200.00 PLPD FOR A YEAR PEACEHILLGENERAL HE SAID WITH THE INFOMATION HE ASKED BUT THE INSURANCE DOES THE RATE CHECK HE NEEDS DRIVERS LICENCE AND VIN THE COMPANY DOES THE REALY CHECK WISH ME BEST LUCK

  Ive been with the insurance doctor ever since i got my license (7 years) and they have been awesome to me. They are always making sure i have the lowest rates and are very quick to email over any info i might need. Highly recommend them.

  I would rate NO STARS I have to agree with the last complaint. I am so appalled by the customer service at the insurance doctors who took over Doug Zimmerman's company I want anybody to know who is giving bad reviews now this is no longer the Zimmerman family who owns this the nice couple decided to retire. I've only called the insurance company a couple times recently and every single time you have to wait forever to get a simple answer this is not right. I miss the prompt and awesome service they use to have. You guys need to learn how to run this office or you will loose customers.

  Really great experience. Relaxing environment with great people that were able to explain everything very well. Found pricing very competitive with the market. Would absolutely recommend to a friend or family member in the need of insurance
