  Great place! If u drop by this store, ask for RENÉE, she is the best person to help you! She gave me excellent customer service. Very friendly, warm and she will make you feel like a friend!

  Purchased 5 rings from there last week and was given 5 different sizes. The girl was totally rushed and just wanted to get to the next customer as there was a line up out the door. She entered them all incorrectly and when we went back, they told us it’s not their problem and we can order correct sizes but could not provide any information on when they would come in. They told us to take them back to the Kingsway location. When we got there they said they could not exchange them as they are a franchise. Very unimpressed with the service and rude staff at the WEM location. I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to and it is annoying when you are trying to purchase a gift for loved ones. We will be addressing this with their corporate office.

  Wonderful staff and they are all knowledgable in selecting the best gifts! Everyone loves Pandora and they also offer refreshments! An lovely experience! Highly recommend.
