    We purchased my engagement ring at this location in 2013 along with the lifetime warranty and they have been great to deal with. I bring my ring in every 6 months for the warranty checkup and it is always a quick process and they always offer to clean it for me at every visit. We have had to use the warranty as well when a diamond fell out of the ring and it was replaced and came back as good as new, no hassles. When ever I get the ring sized it is always back within the 2 week period they say it will be back. I have read the other reviews and I have to say this has never been my experience when using this peoples location.

    Poor customer service. I got my engagement ring cleaned at this location yesterday (Jan.19/2018). An older brunette woman assisting me was unfriendly to me but nice to my non-black fiance. She looked at me up and down as if judging my appearance even though I was dressed up. She also looked like she was judging the quality and state of my ring. I'm a medical professional and use hand sanitizer frequently. This rapidly dulls the stone and I often need it cleaned. I don't see why that is her business as she is there to provide a service. In the past, I have walked in with my mom (who is white) and they only address her. I have also seen them snicker at me behind my back when they thought I wasn't looking. I will not be returning to this location again- not even for a cleaning.

    Worst customer service. I came in to pick up an order that I did online myself but to be picked up at this store. Well first I walked in to a bunch of woman sitting around on chairs chatting. As I approached them one got up and said hi. I told her what I was there for and she went to the back to check. The rest just sat there talking about their plans. I only got half of my order delivered and when I asked the one girl helping why that was, she responded with "how should I know." She said that because I ordered on line she couldn't help me and to call the call centre. She made me feel like since I didn't buy DIRECTLY from her that it wasn't her problem. What terrible customer service!! Oh and I did call the call centre only to be told it was a 70 minute wait, unfortunately I had no choice but to wait which in the ended up being a 2 hour and 20 minutes wait! The guy at the call centre told me that the other half of my order was on its way and that it would be there in 2 days. Something that he said the girl at the store could have told me if she would have looked up the order number. But she was too lazy to do. Or maybe she just needed to get back to sitting at the round up with the rest of the staff. People's Jewelry sucks!!

    I was very displeased with the service of people's. No one takes responsibilities for their actions. I brought my ring in for warranty repair, as a stone had fallen out. I called 8 weeks later to find out why I hadn't heard anything and they couldn't find the ring!!! Finally they saw someone had misfiled it and they said they would get a new ring or send it for repair, whichever is faster. They no longer call me, or answer my questions and the girl, Kate, who was dealing my claim apparently left the company. But then the manager from mappins said she still works there. I am being chased in circles and I HATE it. I really hope no one ever buys their rings here as their warranty is completely garbage.
