  Spence Diamonds was a dream to work with!! We loved how you can just try on any ring and the staff were so friendly!! They gave us exactly what we wanted, within our budget and in a timely manner! I tell all of my friends to go to Spence. We had an amazing experience!! And I love my ring!!!!

  I had checked out a few Jewellery stores when I was shopping for an engagement Ring and Spence was by far the best experience and the one I went back to for the purchase. Jordan was the Diamond Expert that helped me with the Diamond selection as I had already had the style narrowed down. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of diamonds and I walked away feeling more educated than before. I felt no pressure at all to purchase. I really liked how he let me look at the diamonds under the microscope to see the differences in the Diamonds. Bigger diamonds at other stores that seemed like a better deal at first had way more inclusions that I easily could from jfrom the naked eye. The Spence Diamonds we much better quality and the pricing was fair. Jordan made me feel very confident about my purchase and I was very excited to come back to pick up the ring once it was ready. I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for an engagement ring a special gift for some one. FIVE STARS JORDAN! THANK YOU !

  Excellent service! Jordan spent the time and helped me understand the quality, cut and clarity of diamonds. Made the process of purchasing the engagement ring smooth and as an added bonus she said "yes". Would highly recommend if you know nothing about diamonds and need help when picking that perfect ring for that special someone. Would use again but with any luck won't have.... At least not for an engagement ring.

  Walking into a Spence store for the first time was intimidating and unfamiliar to me. It was the first place I went searching and it turned out to be the only place I needed! As with most jewellery stores, the displays were thoughtful and the atmosphere was warm. However, the real selling point here was the professional customer service and that was clear to me when I met Jordan. As someone who is not overly impressed with exaggerated sales tactics, Jordan was the perfect dose of reality I needed when picking out an engagement ring. He was extremely easy to get a hold of, very patient and wonderfully enthusiastic. I felt absolutely no pressure to make any quick decisions and really believed that his main goal was to make sure that I was 100% happy with what I was getting. He, along with the other staff, were very welcoming and made picking out the perfect engagement ring stress-free and enjoyable. Than you!!!

  As soon as i walked in I was greated by Jordan. So welcoming and upbeat. i had an idea of what i liked and wanted in a wedding ring and he showed me right away what i was looking for. He also showed me some other options that he touch might go with my taste. I asked about the relationship and how i was going to do it and it felt just like talking to a friend. once i picked the ring i had some custom things i wanted done. there was zero hassle with this whole process. i even asked for a change when i got the first spec back. second time was so on point i fell in love with it. the pricing and timeline set for everything was formed to me and fit perfectly. Jordan made my visits there so seamless and fun. I always knew Spence was where i was going to get my ring but meeting Jordan was the icing on the cake. thank you for all you did!
