  Very friendly staff. Great breakfast (eggs were a bit funny). Walking distance to the Shaw centre. One block from Cha Time (Jasper Ave). Pool is small and shallow but overall, a great hotel for the price / location.

  Love love them the manager is very kind and eager to hear your complaints if any And he does what he can to fix it. Perfect gentleman. And just as eager to hear any compliments. I would stay just for the hospitality oh the manager other staff needs allot of work. And I wish my room had a city view maybe next time

  I had dinner at the dockside pub/restaurant. Service was lovely. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Kitchen was a little slow but well worth the wait. Portions were huge. Ordered the nachos and poutine and both we delicious.

  Quality as expected. Nice clean rooms. Cute pool. Elevators are ancient, good luck getting anywhere if the elevators are busy. Continental breakfast was impressive!

  The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. While the rooms were smaller than other comparable places, it was clean and comfortable. This hotel also has a small, but cozy swimming pool. There is a legit chinese restaurant in the lobby. The location is walking distance to Jasper Ave, so there are many restaurants and amenities nearby. Our sheets in the room, while clean, just seemed a little old. Overall a great stay that included a great continental warm breakfast.
