  Incredible service. I stay here for business and was on a tight schedule for my last visit. The management team went out of their way to have my luggage delivered to my last meeting, and a cab ready to take me to the airport. Highly recommend and will be returning for my next business trip

  The room was very nice and we went to the restaurant for dinner on New year's Eve the food was fantastic. There was a set menu for the evening with a wine pairing, the whole experience was lovely. The restaurant is smaller and very cozy, the chef even came out to check on us while we ate.

  Loved: Clean and quiet. Helpful and polite staff. Comfiest hotel beds we've ever slept on. Location downtown. Size of room was great! Security.

  AMAZING hotel!!! I cannot say enough. They were incredible and helped me coordinate a surprise gift for my significant other. They went above and beyond. Exceptional customer service, cleanliness and outstanding professionalism.

  Hated : Pool was freezing, kids lips were blue after 10 minutes. No hot tub. Underground parking was full and we had pay extra to park across the street. No fan in the bathroom.

  Very nice hotel. Rooms are super spacious. Coffee maker and mini bar provided. Bed with a awesome and you can make the room really dark. Which is nice if you need to sleep during daytime. Staff is incredibly helpful. I needed some shoes to be repaired while I was away and they took care of it.
