  IHOP is currently my favorite diner / breakfast style restaurant. The food is good and reasonably priced. I've never had a bad experience at any Canadian IHOP. I especially like the over medium eggs - other places look at me strange when I ask for eggs this way - fully cooked whites with still runny yolks are awesome.

  The locations can get very busy at popular times but the service and food is still great even when they are crowded and busy.

  Update: The last couple of visits to the Calgary Trail location have not been great. Poor service and mistakes with orders. Very surprising as the service and food here was always excellent.

  I NEVER give 5 stars. Ever. But this place today just wow . Amazing service I mean out of this world service. Food was perfect. Just plain amazing experience.

  I visited here on Christmas Morning with my 3 year old and my boyfriend. The server that took our order was extremely friendly and he speedy with our table while refilling our berverages without being asked. The food itself was very good and I was satisfied with how fast we got it food to plate on a holiday like Christmas. It was fairly busy for being the only place open for breakfast Christmas Morning, but that didn't take away from the great service and hot, fresh food that came out of the kitchen. Would recommend and will visit again.

  Always good seŕvice and kid friendly atmosphere. My 1 year old loves pancakes so this is our go to restaurant. He makes so much mess but no one ever turned their eyes on us. Very friendly staff!

  One of the best places that I know of to have fresh specialty pancakes at a reasonable price. Fresh coffee at your table and an assortment of syrup. Delish.

  The locations are still all new and don't show the age and damage of older franchises like Smitty's. All the locations are bright and clean but the Calgary Trail location is my favorite.
