The customer service was very poor tonight. Around 7pm tonight I was exiting and stopped to pay at the booth. The lady working the booth told me the the amount I owned but I could not hear her, she repeated herself and I still could not hear her. She snapped at me and said in a raised voice "$2.50." I told her not to speak to me like that and she replied in a rude tone "I said $2.50 but you said what what so I spoke louder to you" my sister who was in the car even told her that she didn't have to be rude about it either. There is a difference between speaking up and raising your voice aggressively.
