  If I could give zero or negative stars this would be the time to do it. Got charged 38$ to go 15km... No meter and flat rate was not disclosed.

  Pathetic taxi company. Rob you off. I went Rutherford to airport on December 13th was charged $30 flat rate, indian driver was extremely rude. Came back on 9 jan. Sikh driver asked 42 dollar plus 10 dollar fee for a van. When i asked how. Sikh guy started yelling at me and asked me to get off the cab. When i said no he ran to so called airport taxi supervisor i somalian woman who tried to to pick his side rate. I asked her how come two different rates for same place and same luggage and same van whithin a Month. Boy o boy..they all are completely unprofessional bunch of fools. Sikh argueed with me about rate all way.

  Never will ever recommend to anyone.. horrible driver paying more attention to his screen to find their next rider, almost got side swiped by 2 cars on the Henday, we were honked by two drivers. Didn't even get out to help with bags.. Never recommend cab #713. Absolute Disgust , didn't feel safe the whole ride.

  Terrible company terrible service smelly worn out vehicles. If you're going to pay that go with a town car and at least be comfortable for the price.

  If there was an option for a zero-star rating, they would have my vote! When Uber is allowed to drive to the airport, this company will be the first to go under. As a customer, you are hemmed in by a unilateral decision to only allow overpriced and underproducing transportation to the airport. Long wait times and ludicrous fees makes for a unwelcome arrival home. I would rather walk...

  FUTURE TIP: Take the free shuttle to the park n go in nisku, then Uber. You'll save a ton.
