  Amazing realtor. Norm WILL NOT tell you what you want to hear and waste your time...he will tell you exactly what needs to be done to sell your house quickly. We previously had our home on the market with two different realtors for over 6 months with no luck. Norm came in and had our house sold in less than a month. Norm and his amazing team (Rachelle Cholak) return calls promptly and there quality of service is amazing. Norm my deepest appreciation for making a very stressful time a little less stressful.

  Norm has a wealth of knowledge as he is detail oriented as has been doing this for so many years. I did find I had to contact Norm quite a bit As opposed to him contacting me but he is very busy selling houses so I understood that and he did respond promptly when I contacted him. I would recommend him if you need your home sold!

  Norm got my home sold quickly and negotiated well with the buyers to make sure that they were committed and not stalling. I appreciated his no-nonsense attitude, good communication, and the way he went the extra mile to properly market my home and make sure things went smoothly. His support staff are amazingly efficient and his office provides almost a "one stop shop" experience with connections to attorneys and land surveyors. It was a great experience.
