  I want to commend the staff at the Horizon location on their excellent service and friendly demeanor. Today was my first time visiting Freshii, and it was an excellent experience. The restaurant was clean and bright (not to mention, the music was delightful), and the staff were friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I ordered a burrito with tofu. When I let the staff know that my burrito was missing the tofu, they politely apologized and asked how they could remedy the situation, giving me various options (e.g., a new burrito, tofu on the side, etc.). I said I would be happy if they simply gave me the tofu on the side and sat down to finish my burrito. Only a few minutes later, I was greeted at my table by a friendly staff member who gave me a freshly made burrito, with tofu, and a card for a free meal for the next time I visit. The staff members provided excellent service, and really went above and beyond. As a side note: the burrito was delicious, with and without tofu, and priced fairly!

  Had the buffalo blue cheese salad with falafel and boy does it disappoint. $13 for some romaine lettuce, a tablespoon of blue cheese and a few falafel which were super dry.
