I love their pad thai!!! The perfect amount of spice, and a large portion, providing me with two meals in total. The servers ive interacted with have always been very sweet and smiley, and the food is ready in a timely manner, however i havent been here during any rushes. Unfortunately this place looks a tad run down, making it a hidden jem in downtown Edmonton.

Great tasting food, good portions, and nice interior as well. The only place surviving in the area from the Mirama age. We ordered chicken and got beef in one of our dishes though but we're fine with eating any meat so it wasn't a problem. Had curry, stir fry, and their fried rice between three people. Filled us up decently, for the taste it's worth the price!

The best Lao/Thai I've ever had. Best Tom Yum soup I've ever eaten. Best Thai Green Curry too! And great service. Highly recommended.

My favorite Thai in the city. They can be real busy (downtown) so sometimes parking can be a pain and service can be slow but the food is amazing. Prices are a little on the high side but the portion sizes are generally fair given the prices. Their Pad Thai, and (especially!) Pad Lah Naa are to die for. Panang Curry and crispy shrimp are also must haves.

Best Laotian & Thai food in Edmonton...hands down!! Amazing service and eclectic decor..tucked behind an unassuming facade. Don't let the exterior fool you, go inside and experience the wonderful tastes of Syphay!
