  It was the most horrible experience I ever had at spring. Alannah (If Im correct) the manager at Spring (2nd floor west edmonton mall) didn't take my shoes back after me returning it within 5 hours of purchasing it with receipt and everything just because I wore them for 5 minutes to see if they would be good for me at work. My feet were sore I couldnt wear them anywhere. The shoes were in perfect condition. She needs to go and learn about customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go shop there. If there was an option for a zero star I would have chosen that.

  very bad experience. Bought a pair of boots from the wem downstairs location. wore them around the mall for a bit and wanted to exchange for a half size bigger because they were killing my feet. Irish manager giirl said she couldn't take them back because they were slightly worn, though i only wore them inside the mall and cleaned them up so they looked just like new. She said she could take them in to get stretched, so i accepted. when i came back to pick them up, she couldn't find them so gave me a brand new pair which didn't help at all with my foot width. she also lost my receipt which i left inside the original box. just want a refund now

  I got a pair of high tops that I really loved from there, I basically lived in them, and because of that, they only lasted for a year and a half. Only gave it 4 stars because of the short lifespan of the shoes, and it was super busy with a long line at the register.

  I got some flip flops and I am really liking them! I prefer the flatter types of flipflops and this is the only place I could find that style. The worst part about this place though is the floor design, what in the actual...? Who thought that was a good idea. Looking at the design literally made nauseous and dizzy, I couldn't even look down. (It's a black and white zigzaggy pattern).
