  Best customer service ever! I like to do my research on things before I buy them. I couldn't find what I was looking for at any other store, being boots or customer service. I found this store on Google, never heard of it before. After looking at the website and browsing the boots, I found a few I liked and the price was decent. I found only 2 locations in Edmonton and all others in Ontario , so I thought I would check it out. I was greeted right away and asked my type of work and then measurements of my feet were taken. Apparently I've been buying boots that are too big this whole time,LoL. I was pointed to some options which were right in my price range and had the qualities I was looking. After putting some on and walking around the store, I found a pair. Couldn't believe it, these boots feel like I'm wearing running shoes. The boots I purchased also have quick loops at the top. After watching me tie them up, he suggested I loop the laces down and around instead of up and across. Which was a useful tip and the boots feel better tied this way. Great prices, with SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you!

  Very knowledgeable staff, great experience. A bit pricey but for someone with huge and wide feet, price really doesn't matter. The selection is great, sporting even size 15 with a 6E width in steel toe footwear. Definitely recommend!

  Exceptional customer service!! Abbid was very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Impressive work boot selection for women, including Baffins (unusual) and I was relieved to find Wolverines, (imo the best boots for women in industry) - not too ridiculously feminine, so comfortable, durable & actually meant for working out in the field.
