  This store is one of the best stores I've ever visited. Customer service is incredible. Not only do employees help you, they want to help you and they do it with a smile. Selection is great. Line ups, when they exist, go by quickly.

  I was extremely disappointed in the change in policy through the Lego stores as my family had been planning a holiday I had tried everything in my power to obtain one of these sets in September before I had left the country. I had requested to pre buy the set and have if picked up on release and was told this would not be possible. I had then asked if I could have some one buy 2 sets (one for me, one for my brother as his wife was the only one in town that could get it for us ) I was told one per person. I had asked if I could be added to a waiting list before I left and was told NO. After all this to find out when I got home that there was a waiting list and policies have been changed and I would now have to wait for other 300 people before I had an opportunity to even get one is a giant slap in the face.

  What a joke and waste of a store. Every other store I've been to has the same set at more than $40 less, but is out of stock. And the one store who is designated to the lego brand, won't commit to their brand and price match. Because "they set the bar for pricing" instead of trying to help me in any way, i was told to go to costco or toys or us, where they are out of stock. After driving all around the city and trying to stop by here, I'll be sure to order online and not give my business to a store designated to a brand that they dont stand by.

  Lego os a very good store, my kids love Lego!!! The reward program is easy and fun. The sales people are always kind and attentions. Every that I visit that store with my family we spent fun and good moments there. I recommend Lego store to everybody who wants good games, toys and have fun.

  Growing up with Lego as a youth and collecting the UCS sets for myself and subsequently purchasing set for my children to collect as I grew older has been something my family has enjoyed. Trying to get the new millennium falcon has been nothing but a nightmare.

  Awesome store!! The staff are all so friendly and if I ask for them to get me a sert that they have in stock but not on display, they happily get it for me from the back, and if I don't want it, they put it back in storage without hesitation (Although I fell bad about having them go put something back after I asked them to get it for me.) I would say keep doing what you're doing, and continue to be an awesome store!! 5/5 stars for sure!!
