  The owner of the convenience / post office is incredibly rude. He will not take the time to have a discussion and/or listen to his customers, instead he will actually talk right over you, reminding you of how busy he is and letting you know that he is understaffed.

  Staff are awesome. Always friendly. The store is convenient and has a wide variety of items. The only downside of the store is when the school kids come in. I will give the store owners credit as so many kids come in at once, kids are rude, obnoxious, and self entitled. But the owners still remain calm and friendly. I just know to avoid the store at that particular time.

  I quickly contacted them and was of course told that I was given the product and must have lost it. He was unwilling to check his inventory levels and was incredibly curt and dismissive.

  I do not believe that this is the partnership Canada Post intends to offer the public, nor is the a business I wish to support. I have recently taken advantage of the Flex Delivery program so I can re-route any future package deliveries to another Canada Post location. I would recommend that you do the same.
