  A very nice store that is conveniently located off Anthony Henday drive and Windermere buleavourd. It is pretty new as far as Safeway stores go in the Edmonton and the capital region, and you can tell based upon the upkeep and cleanliness of everything. The layout is a bit different than the other Sobeys and Safeway locations I goto, but not a lot. This store never seems to be overly busy, but I have not ever gone here right before dinner, or on a Sunday afternoon. It is well stocked, but there are few things I noticed in the meat and freezer sections that seem that some of the selection is limited, at least in these sections. The staff seems friendly and helpful. I asked for a girl to change a 10 dollar bill and a girl helped me out right away. It is a nice store, and I have never really had a problem coming here before. Overall, a great location.

  And the cashiers dont harass you to buy anything extra like at walmart.

  Excellent store. Great prices and friendly staff. They always have what I am looking for. Close to home. Plus good prices on gas and it's right next door to the store. Very convenient.

  They dont have the coin things on the carts and they dont charge for bags.

  I always enjoy shopping at this location. The friendliest staff are here, they are so helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. I really like that the shopping carts don't require a coin. It's much easier for shopping and I do tend to buy more than if I was carrying a basket.
