  My wife and I have been hesitant in the past to use a travel agent to book our holidays because we felt like we would be paying a higher price to have someone book a trip and do things for us that we could easily do our selves. This time, however, we decided to give Daniel Pelchat and his team at Flight Centre a shot and were pleasantly surprised.

  I gave him a general idea of what I was looking for, and he came back with the CHEAPEST flights to Dallas I have ever seen! The process was completely seamless, and his communication was WAY above my expectations.

  My husband and I use Flight Centre Bonnie Doon to book our honeymoon. The person who assisted us did not listen to any of our requests and ended up booking us in a resort that didn't meet any of the criteria we asked for. He lacked integrity even when asked about decisions that he made. It was quite unfortunate as I have been going there for years to book vacations. Sadly I will not go there ever again if this is the caliber of agent they will be employing.

  Excellent service! Flight from Edmonton to London for brother's wedding on Dec 23rd, then to Scotland to spend Christmas Day with mum and dad and then a Boxing day flight to Calgary to rejoin the family. All sorted in very short order and an affordable price. Thank you Daniel!

  Daniel Pelchat set my boyfriend and I up with a vacation to a fantastic all inclusive Secrets resort in Mexcio for an amazing price. On the second day of our vacation, an incident happened on the resort's beach that left us feeling unsafe and made us consider going back home. We called Daniel, and he instantly arranged for us to move resorts, and set us up with an incredible package. Going on vacation, you never assume something bad will happen, but if it does, having an agent to take care of you is priceless. We will never book without an agent again, and will recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and experienced travel agent. Thanks for saving our vacation!
